02 What you share.

The form asks for your email address, app link, expected behavior, and what goes wrong. You can add what you’ve tried, screenshots, or a short recording. Your email identifies you on the saved ticket.

Use sample or redacted information. Leave out passwords, secret keys, payment details, and private customer records. Crop or blur sensitive information in screenshots and recordings.

03 Where it’s saved.

Your ticket and attachments are stored on our website server, separate from the public pages. The form does not send them to an email inbox or another repair service.

Saved tickets do not expire automatically, and the website has no ticket lookup or deletion control. Download your receipt before leaving the page. The download includes your written details and attachment names; keep the original files too.

Unsaved form details stay in the open page. The form does not keep a copy in browser storage, so reloading or closing the page can lose them.

04 Website services.

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Website requests, including form submissions, pass through its network. It processes connection information such as IP addresses and requested URLs as part of that service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The website does not add advertising trackers. Fonts are served with the site. The server records request information for operation and troubleshooting.

05 Access is a separate decision.

Sharing an app link does not authorize changes to it. Any repair agreement must identify the project access needed, how project information will be handled, and when temporary access will end.
