Terms.
A clear repair starts with a clear agreement.
01 Saving a repair ticket.
The form saves your details and attachments and gives you a downloadable receipt. It does not book a repair, take payment, send an email, or arrange a reply. Repair work requires a separate written agreement.
02 Define the job.
Unslop focuses on login, payments, and paid access in Lovable apps using Supabase and Stripe. A repair agreement must identify the app, the problem, the work included, the price, the estimated timing, and the checks used to judge the result.
A saved ticket alone does not confirm that a repair is suitable or that work has been accepted.
03 You control project access.
You must have permission to authorize work on the app. Saving a ticket grants no project access and no permission to change your live app. Agree on the access required and approve the deployment plan separately.
Leave credentials and private customer data out of the form. Read about limited invitations and closing access after a repair.
04 Agree on the price.
The repair offer uses a fixed quote for a defined job. Your written agreement must cover any assessment charge, payment timing, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms before you incur a charge.
This website collects no payment. Saving a ticket creates no charge.
05 Check the result.
A repair handoff describes the changes, checks, steps you can repeat, and known limits. The repair agreement must cover delivery, acceptance, ownership, and any follow-up work.
The interactive repair bench and sample notes are fictional examples. Checks for one repair do not establish that the whole app works or that it has received a security audit.
06 When the job changes.
Extra work requires agreement on a revised scope and price. Cancellation, unsuccessful repairs, and recurring problems are governed by the terms agreed for that job.
The website does not promise a particular turnaround time, guaranteed result, or free rework period. Read the job’s written terms before approving work.
